Thought I'd share my families favorite "Sunday" Brisket recipe. It's so easy and works great for a fancy dinner. It can also be made ahead to save time.
If it's a fatty roast be sure to drain the grease. It doesn't make a lot of gravy so I serve it with roasted red potatoes or twice-baked.
